For this one wonderful week, various famous Mornington Peninsula wineries have
been brought together to celebrate October Pinot Week.
This glorious event includes Peninsula Pinot Dinners and Regional Tastings.

In the month of October the Mornington Peninslua celebrates one of its premiere annual events. Around the Peninsula this month you will dicover many unique, fun, entertaining and crazy scarecrows, while at the same time uncover some of the wonderful landscape that makes the area so beautiful.
Visitors are encouraged to collect a trail map from Federation Square, various locations on the peninsula or from the website and embark on an adventure to find not only the scarecrows but also the specials and special features provided by local businesses.

Starlight Charity Day at Red Hill Community Market
October 24th, 2010 - 10am to 3pm
On October 24th Red Hill Community Market will host a special market in order to raise funds for the Starlight Children's Foundation. This fun filled market will include live entertainment, great gourmet foods, activities for the kids and the usual high standard art and craft stalls that have become widely recognised in this wonderful Australian market.

McCulloch's Aboriginal Art at Coolart
October 25th, 2010 - November 29th, 2010 from 10am to 4:30pm
This exciting exhibition of painings by Indigenous artists from around the nation, held at the exquisite Coolart homestead will be on display from late October until late November.
For the duration of the exhibition there will also be a number of talks given on the history of indigenous art by the curator, art writers, Susan McCulloch and Emily McCulloch Childs.
