Serves: 4 Prep Time: 5mins Cooking Time: 20mins Ingredients 1 litre of water 250 grams (8 ounces) instant Polenta 2 sticks (8 ounces) Butter 2 handfuls grated Parmesan Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper Method Bring water to the boil in a large pan. Slowly pour in the polenta, continuously whisking. Once mixed continue to stir over the heat for 15 to 20minutes. Stir in the butter and parmesan. Depending on the consistency you’d you like you can add a little bit more water at this point. Season and serve straight away. |
